Nepal adjusts to world's strictest
drunk-driving laws
Nepal had rules on drunk-driving before but it was rarely
enforced, and drinking was very common. Now, the country has some of the
strictest rules in the world and party-goers are having a difficult time
adjusting. If there is any alcohol in the blood, the fine is $12. But even
those caught with a small amount of alcohol in their blood must sit through
an hour-long lecture on the dangers of drunk-driving to get their licenses
back. Al Jazeera
