1/2 Packet of the Banh Xeo Mix (in Vietnamese)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 lb of ground pork
10 pieces of shrimp
1/4 sliced onion (another piece to use to oil the pan)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 5.6 oz of coconut milk or 3/4 cup
1 1/4 cup water
cooking oil
